目的通过对深圳市宝安区2014年度食源性疾病监测数据的整理分析,掌握本地区食源性疾病的流行趋势,从而有效防控食源性疾病的暴发。方法对深圳市宝安区2014年度食源性疾病监测系统中的报告病例资料进行统计分析。结果 2014年食源性疾病监测结果中5-9月份病例占全年的63%,是食源性疾病的高发期;在监测的微生物中,细菌是引起食源性疾病的主要原因之一,占41.5%;在可疑食物中,摄入了肉及肉制品的患病人数最多、所占比例最高。结论深圳市宝安区2014年细菌所引起食源性疾病是主要致病原因之一,而且所占比例较大,值得关注。
Objective To analyze and control the foodborne disease surveillance data in 2014 in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City to master the prevalence of foodborne diseases in this area so as to effectively prevent and control the outbreak of foodborne diseases. Methods The data of reported cases in foodborne disease surveillance system in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City in 2014 were analyzed statistically. Results In 2014, the surveillance of foodborne diseases accounted for 63% of the total in the whole year from May to September, which was the high incidence of foodborne diseases. Among the microorganisms monitored, bacteria was one of the main causes of foodborne diseases, Accounting for 41.5%; of the suspicious foods, the highest prevalence was the intake of meat and meat products. Conclusion The food-borne diseases caused by bacteria in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City in 2014 are one of the main causative pathogens, and their proportions are relatively large, which deserve attention.
