本文采用自制的连续定向凝固装置考察了纯铝连续定向凝固铸锭的组织、性能及变形特点,并研究了混合稀土Re对铸锭性能的影响。研究表明,利用连续定向凝固装置可以连续获得任意长度,具有定向凝固柱状晶组织的纯铝铸锭,该铸锭具有较高的韧性与低的加工硬化系数。加入微量Re(<0.3%)可以较明显地改善铸锭的性能。
In this paper, the self-made continuous directional solidification apparatus was used to investigate the microstructure, properties and deformation characteristics of pure aluminum continuous directional solidification ingot. The effect of mixed rare earth Re on the performance of ingot was also studied. The research shows that the continuous directional solidification device can continuously obtain the pure aluminum ingot with arbitrary length and directional solidification columnar crystal structure, and the ingot has high toughness and low work hardening coefficient. Addition of trace Re (<0.3%) can significantly improve ingot performance.
