本文通过对血清、腹永中免疫球蛋白、补体C_3、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、蛋白电泳测定,分析了在肝硬化、肝癌、腹腔肿瘤三组疾病中含量的变化。结果表明肝硬化、腹腔肿瘤组血清白蛋白低于球蛋白,腹水中三组白蛋白含量均高于球蛋白。肝硬化组血清免疫球蛋白高于肝癌、腹腔肿瘤组,其腹水中含量明显高于肝硬化组。血清和腹水IgGIgA对鉴别腹水性质有很大帮助。
In this paper, serum, abdominal immunoglobulin, complement C_3, total protein, albumin, globulin, protein electrophoresis determination, analysis of the liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, abdominal tumor changes in the three groups of diseases. The results showed that serum albumin was lower than that of globulin in cirrhosis and peritoneal tumors, and the levels of albumin in three groups of ascites were higher than globulin. Serum immunoglobulin in cirrhosis group was higher than that in liver cancer group and peritoneal tumor group, and the content of ascites in cirrhosis group was significantly higher than that in cirrhosis group. Serum and ascites IgGIgA to identify the nature of ascites is of great help.
