本文从抗氧化角度,对足月儿母初乳,成熟乳及早产儿母初乳进行尿酸含量测定。结果表明:足月儿母初乳尿酸含量明显高于成熟乳;早产儿与足月儿母初乳中尿酸含量无显著性差异。提示:尿酸作为一种抗氧化物质,可能在保护母乳多不饱和脂肪酸、使之免于自由基过氧化反应以及保护新生儿肠道粘膜完整性方面发挥重要作用.
This article from the perspective of antioxidant, full-term mother’s milk of colostrum, mature milk and premature baby’s colostrum for uric acid content determination. The results showed that the content of uric acid in the full-term mother’s lactation was significantly higher than that of mature milk. There was no significant difference in the content of uric acid between the premature infant and full-term mother’s colostrum. Tip: Uric acid, as an antioxidant, may play an important role in protecting breast milk polyunsaturated fatty acids from free radical peroxidation and in protecting the intestinal mucosal integrity of newborns.
