1981—1982年至1986-1987年生产季的研究结果表明,利用蔗田畦沟直接放养香菇菌棒,不但比室内栽培的香菇增产,而且也比田间搭棚栽培的显著增产;不同香菇品种对蔗渣培养料的反应不同,其中以 Sc12、Cr02和 Sc22 3个品种的反应最佳;配方之间存在着显著不同的生物效应,其中高产素2的作用最大;不同的菌棒重量和体积的生物效应差别显著,其中以50cm×17.5cm×0.06cm 聚丙烯袋、每袋装675g 干培养料为最理想。研究还表明,利用配套的综合技术在蔗田培养香菇,平均相对生物效应达131.9%,明显高于单项技术或不完全配套技术。田间研究的结果进一步表明,放养香菇提高了甘蔗叶层的 CO_2量和蔗田温、湿度,既对甘蔗长高有促进作用,也可减轻冬季甘蔗冻害。蔗田施用生产香菇后的废菌棒,有利于良性微生物数量的增加,促进土壤酶活性和土壤有效养分的提高,对甘蔗有明显的增产效益。
