为观察乳杆菌制剂对滴虫性阴道炎治疗效果，对６２例滴虫性阴道炎病人分别进行甲硝唑与乳杆菌制剂治疗，比较两组治疗前后的阴道ｐＨ值，两组的短期疗效及半年期疗效。结果表明，两组治疗后阴道ｐＨ值均明显降低，治疗前与治疗后均有显著差异；两治疗组短期疗效相似，但三个月及半年期疗效存在显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示乳杆菌对滴虫性阴道炎有较持久的治疗作用
In order to observe the therapeutic effect of Lactobacillus on Trichomonas vaginitis, 62 cases of Trichomonas vaginitis were treated with metronidazole and Lactobacillus separately.
