剧场是传播舞台艺术的专业场所,也是观众通过现场听觉、视觉、感觉综合享受舞台艺术的唯一场所,其构造、功能、元素都具有酝酿情绪、陶冶情操、提升素养的文化作用。因此,剧场不同于一般的公共建筑,是一个完整的文化产品,对社会文化具有不可替代的功能和作用。剧场作为一种特殊的文化设施,不仅是城市功能和城市文化的重要元素,更是国家文化的重要组成部分,其建筑文化和舞台艺术是以国家意志构建我国社会主义公共文化体系的重要要素。所以,从公共文化和舞台艺术的角度对剧场及其设施、设备进行规范,对剧场建设、剧场经营、剧场服务进行标准化建设具有十分重要的意义和特殊的要求。 Theater is the professional venue for the dissemination of the stage arts. Its architectural culture and stage art are the important elements of constructing China’s socialist public cultural system with the will of the state. Therefore, it is of great significance and special requirements to standardize the theater, its facilities and equipment from the perspective of public culture and stage arts and to standardize the construction of theaters, theater management and theater services.
