角膜屈光性手术后白内障患者的角膜屈光力发生明显变化,从而引起此类患者人工晶状体(IOL)屈光度的计算误差,严重影响了患者白内障术后的视觉功能。国外学者根据不同的理论和经验,提出了多种计算矫正屈光手术后角膜屈光力的方法,以提高IOL屈光度的精确性、减少患者白内障术后的屈光偏差。在此基础上,根据国人的眼球解剖特点和临床实际情况,制定出适合我国角膜屈光性手术后IOL屈光度的计算方法将具有重要价值和意义。(眼科,2008,17:137-140)
