目的 :防止骨巨细胞瘤的局部复发。方法 :观察本院 1981～ 1998年 40例骨巨细胞瘤患者的术后疗效。结果 :2 8例骨巨细胞瘤病灶刮除骨水泥填充后 ,只有 1例复发 ;6例肿瘤病灶刮除自体骨移植后 ,4例复发。结论 :肿瘤病灶刮除后骨水泥填充能减少局部肿瘤复发 ;对于X线CampanacciⅢ级 ,或者Ennecking外科分期Ⅰb或Ⅱb ,或者Jaffe病理分期Ⅲ级患者 ,应扩大切除肿瘤病灶 ,近关节处肿瘤可扩大切除术后即行人工关节重建术。
Objective: To prevent local recurrence of giant cell tumor of bone. Methods : To observe the postoperative effect of 40 cases of giant cell tumor of bone in our hospital from 1981 to 1998. RESULTS: After resection of bone cement in 28 cases of giant cell tumor of bone, only 1 case recurred. After resection of autologous bone graft in 6 cases, 4 cases recurred. Conclusion: Bone cement filling after tumor curettage can reduce local tumor recurrence. For X-ray Campanacci III grade, or Ennecking surgical staging Ib or IIb, or Jaffe pathological stage III patients, it should be extended to remove tumor lesions, tumors near the joints can be expanded Arthroplasty was performed after resection.
