目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤多苷片中雷公藤内酯甲的含量。方法:样品以甲醇提取后直接测定,使用Phenomenex Gemini C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以0.02 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(32:68)为流动相,流速1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为210 nm,柱温:室温。结果:雷公藤内酯甲线性范围为18.0~90.0μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为102.61%,RSD为0.83%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于雷公藤多苷片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of triptolide in tripterygium wilfordii tablet. Methods: The samples were directly extracted with methanol. Phenomenex Gemini C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used to elute with 0.02 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution - acetonitrile ) As mobile phase, flow rate 1.0ml · min -1, detection wavelength 210 nm, column temperature: room temperature. Results: The linear range of triptolide was 18.0-90.0 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 7). The average recovery was 102.61% with a RSD of 0.83% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Tripterygium Wilfordii glycosides tablets.
