用平衡透析法研究了生理条件(pH7.43)下Cu(Ⅱ)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)或牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用.结果表明,HSA对Cu(Ⅱ)有1个强结合部位和9个弱结合部位,结合常数分别为11×105及91×102;BSA对Cu(Ⅱ)有1个强结合部位和7个弱结合部位,结合常数分别为84×104和75×102.Hil常数表明Cu(Ⅱ)与HSA或BSA的结合均具有部分正协同效应
The interaction of Cu (Ⅱ) with human serum albumin (HSA) or bovine serum albumin (BSA) under physiological conditions (pH7.43) was studied by equilibrium dialysis. The results showed that HSA had one strong binding site and nine weak binding sites for Cu (Ⅱ) with a binding constant of 11 × 105 and 91 × 102, respectively. BSA had a strong binding site to Cu (Ⅱ) And seven weakly binding sites with binding constants of 84 × 104 and 75 × 102, respectively. Hil constant indicates that Cu (Ⅱ) has some positive synergistic effect with HSA or BSA
