目的调查福州市城区中学生营养知识-态度-行为现况,探究影响因素,为营养健康教育提供依据。方法用整群随机抽样法抽取580名中学生进行问卷调查。结果调查对象营养知识平均11.4分(总分16),女生得分(11.6)比男生(11.2)高;初中私立校得分(11.9)比公立校(10.8)高,高中重点校得分(12.9)比普通校(10.7)高;学生营养知识行为得分与父母文化及母亲职业相关;父母干预与学生早餐行为呈正相关。结论中学应开设营养知识系列课程,同时加强对家长营养知识宣传。
Objective To investigate the nutrition knowledge-attitude-behavior status of middle school students in Fuzhou city and explore the influencing factors so as to provide basis for nutrition and health education. Methods A total of 580 middle school students were randomly selected to carry out a questionnaire survey. Results The subjects with nutritional knowledge averaged 11.4 points (total score 16) and girls scores (11.6) higher than boys (11.2). The score of junior high school private school (11.9) was higher than public school (10.8) and high school key school score (12.9) (10.7). The score of students’knowledge of nutritional knowledge was related to their parents’ culture and their mothers’ occupations. Parents’ intervention was positively correlated with their breakfast behavior. Conclusions Secondary schools should set up a series of nutrition knowledge courses and strengthen parental nutrition knowledge promotion.
