文化部、中国剧协、中国音协于1981年12月2日至13日在京召开了全国歌剧座谈会。全国各地一百多位歌剧作家、作曲家和理论工作者聚集一堂,总结经验,研究问题。会上集中讨论了四个问题:一、如何提高歌剧剧本的创作质量问题,大家认为必须深入生活,加强研究歌剧艺术的特殊规律,作家和作曲家要密切合作。二、大家集中讨论了歌剧导演、演员的培训问题,要求建立专门培养歌剧人才的艺术院校。三、关于发展歌剧事业问题,大家希望领导统筹安排,爱护歌剧团体,解决经费问题。四、关于体制问题,大家认为歌剧队伍老化,剧团超编,不能更新人员,
The Ministry of Culture, China Drama Association and China Music Association held a national opera symposium in Beijing from December 2 to December 13, 1981. More than 100 opera writers, composers and theoretical workers from all over the country came together to sum up experiences and study problems. At the meeting, four issues were discussed in a concentrated manner. First, how to improve the quality of operatic script writing? We all think it is necessary to go deep into life and strengthen the study of the special laws governing opera art. Writers and composers should work closely together. Second, we focused on the training of opera directors and performers, and demanded the establishment of art academies dedicated to cultivating opera talent. Third, on the issue of developing the cause of opera, we all hope that the leadership will make overall arrangements and protect the opera groups and solve the financial problems. Fourth, on the issue of system, we think that the opera team is aging and the troupe is overstated and can not renew its personnel.
