At present, about 50 million men in the world use vasectomy to achieve the purpose of birth control. As the law does not cause long-term adverse reactions, there will be more people to use the law. Despite the successful precedent of reopening the severed vasectomy, this method is still considered irreversible. Male birth control eventually requires the use of safe contraceptives. The drug should have the ability to reversibly inhibit the process of sperm production or sperm function without causing sexual dysfunction or other long-term or short-term adverse effects on the human body. As early as 1971, WHO developed a research program on male contraceptives and methods of birth control. However, the supply of chemical or hormonal male contraceptives is still not yet around the corner. However, research on male birth control is already underway: (1) hormones suppress the process of spermatogenesis; (2) hinder sperm maturation through chemical means; (3) use
