我公司系烟台市属中型国营建安企业。始建于1953年,1986年从市房屋建设综合开发公司分离组建而成,是烟台市第二家国营大中型建施工企业。资信等级为一级,获得国外工程施工资质。现有职工3037人,(含合同工)各类专业技术人员201人,辖设土建、安装、构件、木材、装饰、机械等12个二级单位。第一轮承包经营制受内、外环境因素的影响,未完成利润基数,呈现亏损。二轮承包主要负责人更迭,重新组织班子。在内外重
Yantai City is a medium-sized state-owned Jian’an enterprise. Founded in 1953 and separated from the Municipal Housing Construction Comprehensive Development Company in 1986, it is the second state-owned large- and medium-sized construction enterprise in Yantai City. The credit rating is grade one and it has obtained foreign engineering construction qualifications. The existing staff of 3037 people, (including contract workers) 201 kinds of professional and technical personnel, jurisdiction over civil engineering, installation, components, timber, decoration, machinery and other 12 secondary units. The first round of the contractual management system was affected by internal and external environmental factors. The profit base was not completed and it showed losses.
