目的 观察高碘对小鼠胚胎和仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法 实验分为适碘组和高碘组 ,分别饮含碘5 0、30 0 μg/ L 的去离子水。喂至 3月龄 ,雌雄同笼 ,观察雌鼠、胎鼠和仔鼠的情况。结果 适碘组雌鼠受孕率为96 .6 7% ,高碘组受孕率为 82 .33%。适碘组吸收胎率为 1.80 % ,死胎率为 0 .90 % ;高碘组吸收胎率和死胎率均为3.94% ,畸胎率为 0 .79% ,均高于适碘组。适碘组仔鼠存活率为 91.13% ,高碘组为 82 .38% ,高碘组存活率低于适碘组。高碘组断崖反射时间延长。随着时间延长 ,高碘组仔鼠体重显著落后于适碘组。高碘组 15日龄和 30日龄大脑和海马绝对重量及相对重量低于适碘组 ,但尚无统计学意义。结论 高碘对小鼠受孕、胚胎和仔鼠生长发育有一定毒性作用
Objective To observe the effect of high iodine on the growth and development of mouse embryos and offspring. Methods The experiment was divided into iodine group and iodine group, respectively, drinking deionized water containing 50, 30 0 μg / L iodine. Feeding to 3 months old, male and female cage, observed female, fetal and offspring situation. Results The female pregnancy rate was 96.67% in iodine group and 82.33% in high iodine group.
