本文叙述了采用气液伺服阀作为控制元件的带材卷屈纠偏气液位置伺服系统的组成与工作原理。在建立系统数学模型的基础上 ,对系统进行了数字仿真和辨识实验 ,同时 ,分析了系统的稳定性、伺服精度及频带宽度等特性。通过对计算机仿真与辨识实验结果的对比 ,提出利用动压反馈装置改善系统响应特性的具体方案
This paper describes the composition and working principle of a gas-liquid servo system with a hose-spool valve controlled by a gas-liquid servo valve. Based on the establishment of the mathematical model of the system, the system was simulated and identified experimentally. At the same time, the stability, servo precision and bandwidth of the system were analyzed. By comparing the results of computer simulation and identification experiments, a specific scheme of using dynamic pressure feedback device to improve the system response characteristics is proposed
