目的研究亚低温对易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠(RHRSP)复制的大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型的梗死灶大小及对BCL-2蛋白表达的影响.方法用环型银夹以双肾双夹法复制RHRSP,改良LONGAS线栓法制成MCAO缺血模型,冰袋法诱导亚低温,TTC染色测定梗死灶体积,免疫组化法、图象识别系统计算BCL-2蛋白表达强度.结果1?亚低温能明显缩小梗死灶体积;2?亚低温组BCL-2蛋白表达明显强于正常体温组.结论亚低温增强缺血后基因BCL-2的表达可能是它具有缺血脑保护作用机制之一.“,”s Objective To investigate the effects of mild hypothermia (MH) on expression of BCL-2 protein in a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) modle of stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rate (RHRSP).Methods RHRSP were made by constricting bilaterally the renal arteries with silver clips.The MCAO was made by Longas method.
