目的对海洋红树植物桐花树内生菌GT20021545发酵液进行化学成分研究。方法采用树脂、硅胶、凝胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等手段,结合其理化性质分离海洋红树植物桐花树内生菌GT20021545发酵液的化学成分,并运用波谱分析方法,对化合物的结构进行解析鉴定。结果与结论从内生菌GT20021545发酵液中分离得到10个化合物:4个吲哚类化合物,5个苯环类化合物,1个环二肽类化合物。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of marine mangrove plant Aegiceraspera GT20021545 fermentation broth. Methods The chemical constituents of fermentation broth of marine mangrove plant Aegiceras corniculatum GT20021545 were separated by means of resin, silica gel, gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), and their chemical and physical properties were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Ten compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytic strain GT20021545: four indole compounds, five benzene ring compounds and one cyclic dipeptide compound.
