介绍了一种用于大型铸造车间的型砂质量控制仪。它是由检测其紧实率而控制型砂含水量的仪器。本仪器除了有可靠的机械检测部分外，中心控制系统采用可编程控制器（ＰＬＣ），提高了本机的抗干扰能力。
A type of sand quality controller for large foundry shop is introduced. It is by detecting the compaction rate and control of sand moisture content of the instrument. The instrument in addition to a reliable mechanical testing part, the central control system uses a programmable logic controller (PLC), to improve the anti-interference ability of the machine.
