一、等第图表的提出传统的作文教学,往往使初中学生作文的发展出现三种情况:一种如登山步步高;一种如走沼泽忽上忽下;一种如滑坡步步下跌。造成这样的局面原因是多方面的。根据我们了解、分析、研究,重要原因之一是现行作文评价方法有缺陷:往往只有横比,在横比中又总是差生与优生比,没有差生与差生比;更没有纵比,没有拿现在与过去比看哪些学生进步了,哪些学生退步了。这样严重地挫伤了和正在挫伤着广大中下学生的作文积极性。
