目的探讨FAME全自动酶免分析系统的日常维护保养与故障率的关系。方法通过总结近年对FAME不断完善的保养及其故障次数、类型和故障率的关系进行比较。结果 2008年还没形成对FAME系统的保养制度,年均故障数(次/台)37,2009年至今经过每年持续改进完善对FAME保养制度后,2009~2012年均故障数(次/台)及吐板率分别为:29,2.58%;25,2.24%;12,1.46%;8,1.06%;通过卡方检验比较2009~2012年吐板率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。比较保养前2008年和保养后2012年不同年限FAME系统故障次数和主要类型,可知实施有效的保养能够预防常见故障。结论对FAME进行科学的系统的保养是非常必要的,能很好防止仪器故障的发生和保证FAME系统的运行稳定性,使仪器处于最佳状态,保障血液检测的质量。
Objective To investigate the relationship between routine maintenance and failure rate of FAME automatic enzyme immunoassay system. Methods By summarizing the recent improvement of FAME maintenance and its failure frequency, type and failure rate of the comparison. Results FAME system maintenance system has not yet formed in 2008, the average number of failures (times / station) 37,2009 to date after every year to improve and perfect the FAME maintenance system, the average number of failures from 2009 to 2012 (times / station) And vomit rates were 29,2.58%, 25,2.24%, 12,1.46% and 8,1.06%, respectively. The chi-square test was used to compare the rates of vomiting between 2009 and 2012 (P <0.01) . Compare the number of FAME system failures and main types before maintenance in 2008 and after 2012 with different years of maintenance, we can see that effective maintenance can prevent common faults. Conclusion Scientific and systematic maintenance of FAME is very necessary, which can well prevent the occurrence of instrument failure and ensure the operation stability of FAME system, and keep the instrument in the best condition to ensure the quality of blood test.
