本实验采用草酸钠分离技术对地沟油制生物柴油副产物甘油的精制进行了研究。通过向生物柴油反应下层液中加入85%磷酸调pH至5,离心分离,然后加入草酸钠络合,过滤,粗甘油经减压蒸馏收取164℃ ̄200℃馏分,再使用活性炭进行循环脱色后可得到无色透明、黏稠甘油。通过稀释中和、离心、浓缩和蒸馏等,甘油的纯度达到99.5%,回收率为81%。从结果可以看出,甘油的分离程度和产率达到较好的水平。
In this experiment, sodium oxalate separation technology was used to study the purification of glycerol by-product biodiesel. By adding 85% phosphoric acid to the lower reaction liquid of biodiesel, the mixture is adjusted to pH 5, centrifuged, then complexed with sodium oxalate, filtered, and the crude glycerol is subjected to vacuum distillation to collect a fraction of 164 DEG C to 200 DEG C, Available colorless, transparent, sticky glycerin. By dilution and neutralization, centrifugation, concentration and distillation, the purity of glycerol reached 99.5%, the recovery rate was 81%.
