目的:探讨中国文化背景下魅力型领导对关系绩效的影响机制。方法:采用魅力型领导量表、大五人格问卷的尽责性分量表、Utrecht工作投入量表和关系绩效问卷对319名员工进行调查。采用偏差校正的非参数百分位Bootstrap方法进行链式中介效应检验。结果:尽责性在魅力型领导与关系绩效间的简单中介效果量为46.0%,尽责性和工作投入在两者间的总中介效果量为74.4%。结论:尽责性和工作投入在魅力型领导与关系绩效间起链式中介作用。
Objective: To explore the influence mechanism of charismatic leadership on the relationship performance under Chinese culture background. METHODS: A total of 319 employees were investigated using the Charm-based Leadership Inventory, the Five-Personality Questionnaire’s Due Diligence Inventory, the Utrecht Workload Inventory, and the Relationship Performance Questionnaire. A non-parametric bootstrap method with bias correction was used to test the chain mediation effect. Results: The amount of simple mediation between due diligence and charismatic leadership was 46.0%, and the total mediating effect between due diligence and work input was 74.4%. Conclusion: Due diligence and job involvement act as a chain intermediary between charismatic leadership and relationship performance.
