本文论述了HTF型耐温泡沫保温材料的原料组成、结构特点、保温管的预制过程及现场应用施工工序。通过现场测试,证明材料性能符合国家规定的有关标准,保温效果及经济效益明显,可以应用于稠油热采工程。
This article discusses the HTF-type heat-resistant foam insulation material composition, structural characteristics, insulation pipe prefabrication process and on-site application of construction processes. Through the field test, it proves that the material performance conforms to the relevant standard stipulated by the state. The thermal insulation effect and economic benefits are obvious and can be applied to the heavy oil thermal recovery project.
