针对目前陶瓷明焰窑温度控制中存在的问题和国产明焰窑的特点。在控制算法上采用模糊控制与时间比例分割控制相结合的变结构智能控制策略,在系统组成上采用主从分布式控制的总体方案。并设计出了以这种方式为核心的陶瓷明焰窑温度控制的硬件和系统软件。
Aiming at the existing problems in the temperature control of the ceramic bright flame kiln and the characteristics of the domestic bright flame kiln. In the control algorithm, variable structure intelligent control strategy based on fuzzy control and time proportional division control is adopted, and the overall scheme of master-slave distributed control is adopted in system composition. And designed in this way as the core of the ceramic flame furnace temperature control hardware and system software.
