随着我厂掺炼进口油品种的增多，装置的腐蚀问题越来越严重。腐蚀后产生的铁化合物以及油品中含有的铁均对下游的加氢裂化精制反应器造成很大的危害、针对该问题，开发了在芳烃厂加氢裂化精制反应器前和乙烯厂常减压装置减三线前增加一脱铁保护床反应器的新工艺，能有效地降低ＶＧＯ中的铁离子含量。
With the increase of our plant blending imported oil varieties, the corrosion of the equipment is more and more serious. The iron compounds produced after the corrosion and the iron contained in the oil products all cause great harm to the downstream hydrocracking refining reactor. In response to this problem, Pressure device minus three lines before the addition of a new desulfurization bed reactor technology, can effectively reduce the iron content in VGO.
