目的观察小切口劈核法白内障摘除术(Cataract Surgery)治疗老年性硬核性白内障(Nuclear Cataract)的临床疗效.方法选择我院2018年11月至2019年11月收治的146例Nuclear Cataract老年患者参与实验,对患者实施Cataract surgery治疗,根据治疗方法的不同,把患者分为对照组(应用超声乳化)和研究组(应用小切口劈核法),各73例,分析两组患者的并发症发生率、视力情况和满意度.结果应用小切口劈核法的患者出现眼角膜水肿、虹膜损伤、前房反应、后囊膜破裂等并
