2003年以来,越来越多的中国企业对外拓展业务并开展国际化竞争,尤其在政府“走出去”战略的推动下,这一趋势更加明显,其中电信运营商更是首当其冲。 一般而言,电信运营商国际业务中的很大一部分是国际语音业务,但国际语音的需求往往有着自身相对固定的变化规律,短期的促销行为不会引起显著的市场份额变化。因此,要想在国际舞台上展示实力,运营商还需要增强技术创新与竞争能力。据业内人士分析,国内运营商在比拼走出去能力的高下,国际企业数据正是关键因素之一。相比于国际语音业务的开展方法,国际数据传输业务更需要刨新和竞争能力方面的增强。而国际数据业务要开展起来,商用是开门之钥匙。
Since 2003, more and more Chinese enterprises have expanded their business overseas and have engaged in international competition. This trend has become even more evident, especially driven by the government’s “going global” strategy. Telecom operators are among the first to bear the brunt. In general, a large part of the international business of telecom operators is international voice service. However, the demand of international voice often has its own relatively constant change rule, and the short-term promotion behavior will not cause significant change of market share. Therefore, in order to demonstrate its strength on the international stage, operators also need to enhance their technological innovation and competitiveness. According to the analysis of the industry, domestic operators compete in outbound capabilities, international business data is one of the key factors. Compared with the development of international voice services, the international data transmission business needs more planing and competitiveness. The international data business to be carried out, the key to open the door to business.
