文章采用人体测量学、生物电阻抗法对运动训练专业105名大学生进行体成分测量并探讨体脂含量和不同身体指数对运动员营养状况评价的相关性与一致性。研究结果表明:采用不同身体指数对运动员营养状况的判别结果不尽相同;BF%与各指数的相关性依次是:腰臀比>肥胖度>劳雷尔指数>BMI>克托莱指数。腰臀比、肥胖度、劳雷尔指数对运动员营养状况评判方面均有一定的应用价值。建议:在不具备体成分分析仪的情况下,可选用腰臀比、肥胖度、劳雷尔指数替代BF%、BMI指标,在应用时要注意特殊身材个体的处理,不宜使用克托莱指数判别运动员营养状况。
In this paper, body composition and bioelectrical impedance were used to measure the body composition of 105 college students in sports training and to explore the relevance and consistency of the body fat content and body mass index to evaluate the nutritional status of the athletes. The results show that the results of discriminating nutritional status of athletes are different with different body indexes. The correlation between BF% and each index is: waist-hip ratio> obesity degree> Laurel index> BMI> Quetele index. Waist-hip ratio, obesity degree and Laurel index have certain value in judging the nutritional status of athletes. Recommendation: In the absence of body composition analyzer case, the choice of waist-hip ratio, degree of obesity, Laurel index instead of BF%, BMI index, the application should pay attention to the treatment of individuals with special body should not use the Kettlei index Discrimination of athletes nutritional status.
