50米跑是一项典型的田径基础运动,诸多体育课程均将50米跑列为检测学生的力量、速度、灵敏等素质的重要内容,传统的50米跑教学体育教师还将50米跑速及其相关的基本技能作为技评和达标考核的指标。新课程背景下,我们应当对50米跑进行多元化理解和另类化的解读方能设计出能够引发学生对田径的练习兴趣、促进参与的新50米跑。为此,笔者作出如下设计与尝试。
