随着我国经济水平不断提高,居民收入提高,消费能力日渐加强,对住房的需求,商业用房的需求量不断增加,建筑行业随之蓬勃兴起。但与此同时,也导致了住房引起的能源短缺的问题的产生,尤其是住宅所需能耗,逐年上升。为了实现建筑行业的可持续发展,减少能源的损耗,必须从思想上遵从党中央的政策指导;在技术上不断改善;最终在建筑施工和使用的过程中实现节能减排的目标。在现阶段,电器设计成功与否的关键因素已经转移到节能措施上了。本文根据真实施工案例从住宅的水电工程的各个环节的节能角度进行分析,以确保实现整体住宅的节能。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level, rising incomes, increasing spending power, the demand for housing, commercial housing demand continues to rise, followed by the booming construction industry. At the same time, however, it has also led to the problem of housing-induced energy shortages, especially the energy consumption of residential buildings, which has been rising year by year. In order to achieve the sustainable development of the construction industry and reduce the energy consumption, we must follow the policy guidelines of the Central Party Committee ideologically, improve technically, and finally achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction in the process of building construction and use. At this stage, the key factor in the success of electrical design has shifted to energy-saving measures. Based on the real construction case, this article analyzes the energy saving perspectives of all aspects of hydropower projects in residential buildings to ensure the energy conservation of the whole house.
