运用Hypermesh软件,在合理简化的基础上,建立双中间轴变速器壳体有限元分析模型,考虑齿轮、轴承和齿轮轴对壳体强度的影响,应用接触非线性有限元理论分析了壳体的强度。分析表明,壳体强度较弱的位置位于副箱内的轴承孔和加强肋上,强度满足要求;轴承孔受力呈抛物线分布。同时对有限元分析结果进行了试验验证,计算值与试验值整体变化趋势一致,数据基本吻合,从而验证了壳体强度分析正确,有限元建模方法合理。
Using Hypermesh software, on the basis of reasonable simplification, the finite element analysis model of double countershaft transmission case was established. Considering the influence of gear, bearing and gear shaft on the strength of shell, the contact nonlinear finite element theory was used to analyze the strength of the shell . The analysis shows that the strength of the shell is lower than that of the inner shell, and the strength of the bearing hole is parabolic. At the same time, the results of finite element analysis are verified by experiments. The calculated values agree well with the experimental values and the data are in good agreement with each other. The result shows that the shell strength analysis is correct and the FEM modeling method is reasonable.
