笔者最近走访了我县县(区)医院十几所,发现县(区)医院制剂室当前存在一些问题,如:房屋简陋、结构不合理;制剂检验手段落后、设备陈旧、技术力量不足、制剂管理混乱、规章制度不健全、职责范围不明确;制剂工艺不完整、操作规程、制剂标准不统一,多数制剂不经检验就用于临床;大输液制剂澄明度不好、热原反应时有发生;制剂人员业务水平低等。直接影响临床、科研等工
