本文叙述了幽门螺菌的基因定位,表面相关成分的超微结构及编码基因,尿素酶的结构和基因以及其他进展。最后阐述了几种分子水平上幽门螺菌的鉴定方法并对以后的研究提出了展望。
This article describes the gene localization of Helicobacter pylori, the ultrastructure of surface-associated components and the coding genes, the structure and genes of urease, and other advances. Finally, several identification methods of Helicobacter pylori at the molecular level are described and the future research is put forward.
