充气结构是广泛应用于航空航天领域的轻型结构.充气柱作为充气结构的一种基本形式,对其压缩性能展开研究是了解充气结构力学性能的基本途径.压缩刚度作为充气柱压缩性能的基本指标,受多种因素影响,如下压量、充气柱尺寸、材料参数等.常规的单纯基于理论推导、模拟、实验的研究均存在不足.本文结合理论推导、非线性流固耦合模拟及实验手段,克服3种方法的不足,综合其优点,最终得到了充气柱压缩刚度的显式经验表达式,定量表征压缩刚度和其影响因素之间的关系.结果表明充气柱压缩刚度与各因素间存在较复杂的非线性关系.该经验表达式为研究充气柱结构压缩性能提供了参考.
Inflatable structure is a lightweight structure widely used in the field of aeronautics and astronautics.The inflatable column, as a basic form of inflatable structure, is a fundamental way to understand the mechanical properties of inflatable structures.Compressive stiffness is the basic index of the compressive performance of inflatable columns , Influenced by a variety of factors, such as the following pressure, the size of the inflatable column, material parameters, etc .. Conventional purely based on theoretical deduction, simulation, experimental research there are some deficiencies.In this paper, theoretical derivation, nonlinear fluid-solid coupling simulation and experimental methods, The shortcomings of the three methods are overcome and the advantages of the three methods are summarized.The explicit empirical expressions of the compressive stiffness of the inflatable column are obtained and the relationship between the compressive stiffness and the influencing factors is quantified.The results show that there is a significant difference between the compressive stiffness of the inflatable column and the various factors Complex nonlinear relationship.The empirical expression provides a reference for the study of the compression performance of inflatable columns.
