社会学研究表明,凡有人群的地方都有自己的文化,每个社会群体或社会组织都是一个文化共同体。所谓班级文化,通常是指班级内部形成的独特的价值观、共同思想、作风和行为准则的总和。它是班级的灵魂所在,是班级生存和发展的动力和成功的关键。它包涵有形的制度文化、物质文化与无形的精神文化等方面共同融合而成的文化综合体。班级文化表现的是班级的一种创造力,反之又独立地塑造着学生这一教育的主体,是一种无形的教育力量。
Sociological studies show that where there are crowds have their own culture, each social group or social organization is a cultural community. The so-called class culture, usually refers to the class formed within the unique values, common ideas, style and code of conduct. It is the soul of the class and is the key to the motivation and success of the class’s survival and development. It includes tangible institutional culture, material culture and intangible spiritual culture and other aspects of the common integration of the cultural complex. Class culture is a class of creativity, on the contrary, and independently shape the main body of the student education is an invisible force of education.
