本文主要介绍:(1)紊流工况下椭圆轴承的方程(雷诺、流量和阻力方程),计算框图以及计算中的几点考虑:紊流系数的选取;油膜破裂区阻力的考虑;紊流系数中的局部雷诺数R_h值;紊流流道中出现层流段的考虑等。(2)紊流工况和层流工况轴承性能差异分析。(3)紊流工况椭圆轴承的性能曲线和分析。(4)对某机组用椭圆轴承结构、参数的建议。
This paper mainly introduces: (1) The equation of elliptical bearing under turbulent flow conditions (Reynolds, flow and resistance equations), calculation block diagram and some considerations in calculation: the selection of turbulence coefficient; resistance of oil film rupture zone; Coefficient of the local Reynolds number R_h value; turbulent flow channel appears in the consideration of laminar flow and so on. (2) Analysis of turbulent flow and bearing performance of laminar flow. (3) Performance curves and analysis of oval bearings under turbulent conditions. (4) Suggestions on the structure and parameters of an oval bearing for a certain unit.
