2003年2月21日,一汽解放品牌的经销商齐聚四川成都,参加在这里召开的“一汽解放品牌2003年营销工作会议”,会议主题是“深化客户关系体系,打造世界级品牌”。这是解放继2001年提出创建客户关系体系,2002年强化客户关系体系之后,2003年进一步深化客户关系体系,连续3年在“客户关系”这个核心观念上做文章。这充分表明解放的“用户第一”核心理念已经得到落实和深化。
