刮板捞渣机(简称S.S.C.)是目前电站锅炉出渣装置中一种较为先进的出渣设备,最早于57年由西德首先采用。近年来,美国也有许多厂商先后向西德引进S.S.C.的制造技术,有逐渐推广这种出渣方式的趋势。本文对锅炉水力出渣和机械出渣作了经济比较,根据去年上海锅炉厂设计S.S.C.并试制成功的实践经验,提出了设计S.S.C.的计算方法,推导出求刮板链条的张力公式,说明怎样求得拖动功率、生产率和锅炉除渣耗水量等的计算步骤。并介绍了S.S.C.某些部分的特殊结构、强度计算、几何尺寸和工艺过程等,可供设计人员参考。
Scraper fishing slag machine (referred to as S.S.C.) is a kind of more advanced slag discharging device in power plant boiler slag discharging device, which was first adopted by West Germany in 57 years. In recent years, many manufacturers in the United States have successively introduced S.S.C. manufacturing technology to West Germany, and have gradually promoted the trend of such tapping methods. In this paper, an economic comparison is made between hydraulic slag discharge and mechanical slag removal of boilers. Based on the SSC trial design done by Shanghai Boiler Works last year, a calculation method for designing SSC is proposed, and the tension formula of the scraper chain is deduced. To drag the power, productivity and boiler slag removal water calculation steps. The special structure, strength calculation, geometric dimension and process of some parts of S.S.C. are introduced, which can be used as a reference for designers.
