利用当地可取得的原材料配制C60级高强泵送混凝土,我们是从1992年初在深圳,结合贤成大厦工程需要,开始研究并在工程中应用的。在三年多的时间里课题组经过探索试验、系统试验和复验三个阶段的试验研究、现场模拟泵送、工程应用,取得了比较系统的成果,并将其推广应用于深圳经协大厦、佛山国际商业中心、无锡医药大厦及天津华信商厦等十余个工程中。这种“试验—模拟—应用—推广”的科研方法.充分体现了科研与生产相结合的效果,既促进科研成果的取得,又提高了工程应用水平。最后将该成果中有规律性的内容纳入了《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》(报批稿)中,以利于C60级高强泵送混凝土在全国范围内的应用。
Using locally available raw materials to formulate C60-grade high-strength pumped concrete, we started researching and applying it in engineering since early 1992 in Shenzhen, combined with the needs of the Xiancheng Building project. In more than three years, the research group has undergone three phases of experimental trials, systematic tests and retests, field simulation pumping, and engineering applications. It fully reflects the combined effect of scientific research and production, which not only promotes the achievement of scientific research, but also improves the level of engineering application. Finally, the regular content of this achievement was incorporated into the “Ordinary Concrete Mixture Design Specification” (approved draft) to facilitate the application of C60 high-strength pump concrete throughout the country.
