实践教学是教师教育的重要组成部分,是培养学生创新精神、实践能力和综合素质的关键环节。本文在充分论证和文献研究的基础上,总结前人的经验,指出了小学教师职前培养实践教学应坚持的原则。 Practical teaching is an important part of teacher education and is a key link in cultivating students’ innovative spirit, practical ability and overall quality. Based on the full demonstration and the literature research, this article summarizes the experience of predecessors and points out the principle that the primary school teachers should adhere to before practice training.
