目的:研究半边旗二萜化合物5F(简称PsL5F)和大黄素对人高转移卵巢癌HO-8910PM细胞中生长分化因子15(GDF15)表达的影响,探讨它们抗肿瘤的作用机制。方法:应用肿瘤基因芯片、荧光定量实时PCR和Western blot法检测PsL5F和大黄素对GDF15表达的影响。结果:PsL5F和大黄素都能明显上调GDF15表达。结论:PsL5F和大黄素的抗肿瘤作用与GDF15高表达有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of diterpene compound 5F (PsL5F) and emodin on the expression of growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15) in human high-metastatic ovarian cancer HO-8910PM cells, and to explore their anti-tumor mechanisms. Methods: The effects of PsL5F and emodin on the expression of GDF15 were detected by using tumor gene chip, real-time PCR and Western blot. RESULTS: Both PsL5F and emodin significantly up-regulated GDF15 expression. Conclusion: The antitumor effect of PsL5F and emodin is related to the high expression of GDF15.
