回顾了改革开放30年来中国区域政策和区域发展情况。分析了区域政策存在的主要问题。提出应从大力推进公共服务均等化和重点针对“功能区”和“问题区”两方面对区域政策进行完善和加强。
Reviewed the China’s regional policies and regional development over the past 30 years of reform and opening up. The main problems existing in regional policies are analyzed. It is suggested that the regional policy should be improved and strengthened from the perspective of promoting equalization of public services and focusing on “functional areas” and “problems areas”.
