本文报告了41例食管癌切除,食管套入式吻合术后上消化道功能的研究结果。主要检测指标有食管动力学、胃排空、血中胃动素、胃泌素和胰高糖素水平等,结果显示病人术后Hb、血浆白蛋白,总蛋白及血糖浓度均在正常范围,食管动力学与对照组比较除胃内压差并不显著(P>0.05),其余各部压力相差非常显著(P<0.01),食管腔内静息压增高,食管体部蠕动峰值、上端食管括约肌压力(VSEP)降低,吻合部位有高压区存在,为11.17±4.47mmHg,明显低于正常人末端食管
This article reports the findings of 41 cases of esophageal cancer resection and upper digestive tract function after esophageal sleeve insertion anastomosis. The main parameters were esophageal kinetics, gastric emptying, motilin in blood, gastrin and glucagon. The results showed that postoperative Hb, plasma albumin, total protein and blood glucose concentrations were in the normal range. Compared with the control group, the esophageal motility was not significantly different from the control group (P>0.05), the rest of the pressures were significantly different (P<0.01), the esophageal resting pressure increased, the esophageal body motility peak, the upper esophagus The sphincter pressure (VSEP) decreased, and there was a high pressure zone at the anastomosis site, which was 11.17±4.47mmHg, significantly lower than that of the normal person’s distal esophagus.
