目的科学评估湖南省产妇住院分娩期间抗菌药物使用情况及存在问题,促进临床合理用药。方法采取分层、随机的抽样方法抽取湖南省一级、二级、三级医院共30家,分析该30家医院产科病房2010年11月3日出院的所有产后产妇的抗菌药物使用情况。结果住院分娩产妇的抗菌药物使用率为100%,注射给药率为98.91%,平均使用抗菌药物(2.18±1.20)种,联合用药率为61.82%,细菌培养率为8%。抗菌药物费用占总生育医疗费用的12.84%,占西药药品费用的51.42%。结论湖南省产妇住院分娩抗菌药物使用存在抗菌药物使用率、注射给药率和联合用药率高,经验用药普遍等不合理现象。
Objective To evaluate the use of antimicrobial agents and their existing problems during maternity hospitalization in Hunan Province and to promote rational drug use. Methods A total of 30 primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Hunan Province were sampled by stratified random sampling method. The use of antibacterials was analyzed in all postpartum mothers who were discharged from the 30 obstetric wards on November 3, 2010. Results The rate of antibacterial drug use in hospitalized delivery was 100%, the rate of injection was 98.91%, and the average number of antibacterials (2.18 ± 1.20) was used. The combination rate was 61.82% and the rate of bacterial culture was 8%. Antibiotics costs accounted for 12.84% of the total reproductive health care costs, accounting for 51.42% of the cost of western medicine. Conclusion The use of antibacterials in maternity hospitalization in Hunan Province has the following problems: the usage rate of antibacterials, the rate of injecting drugs and the rate of combination therapy, and the widespread use of empirical drugs.
