目的:探讨肝细胞肝癌(HCC)组织中miR-19的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:用qRT-PCR的方法检测51例HCC组织及其癌旁组织以及10例正常肝组织中miR-19的表达;分析了miR-19表达与HCC患者临床病理因素及预后的关系。结果:miR-19的表达量在正常肝组织、癌旁组织、HCC组织中依次增高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。miR-19表达与HCC患者的肿瘤大小(P=0.029)、转移(P=0.011)、静脉侵犯(P=0.002)及AJCC分期(P=0.008)有关,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤分化、卫星灶、肿瘤数量及AFP无相关(均P>0.05)。miR-19高表达的患者5年生存率明显低于低表达的患者(P<0.05)。miR-19高表达以及转移、静脉侵犯均为影响HCC患者生存的独立风险因素(均P<0.05)。结论:miR-19在HCC组织中表达上调,并可能与HCC的增殖、转移有关;miR-19高表达提示预后不良。
Objective: To investigate the expression of miR-19 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of miR-19 was detected by qRT-PCR in 51 cases of HCC and its adjacent tissues and 10 cases of normal liver tissues. The relationship between miR-19 expression and the clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of HCC was analyzed. Results: The expression of miR-19 in normal liver tissues, paracancerous tissues and HCC tissues were significantly increased (all P <0.05). miR-19 expression was associated with tumor size (P = 0.029), metastasis (P = 0.011), venous invasion (P = 0.002) and AJCC stage (P = 0.008) Stove, tumor number and AFP had no correlation (all P> 0.05). The 5-year survival rate of patients with high expression of miR-19 was significantly lower than that of patients with low expression (P <0.05). miR-19 overexpression, metastasis and venous invasion were independent risk factors influencing the survival of patients with HCC (all P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of miR-19 is up-regulated in HCC tissues and may be related to the proliferation and metastasis of HCC. The high expression of miR-19 suggests a poor prognosis.
