人力资源管理部门属于医院的基础部门和核心部门,医院作为医疗服务机构,医院职工的综合素质水平直接关乎到患者的就医质量,具有高技术、高水平的医疗服务团队,必然有能力为患者提供更科学、更安全的服务。本篇文章着重分析现阶段我国医院人力资源部门的管理现状,并探讨改善我国医院人力资源管理工作的有效方案,以期促进医院的稳定发展。
