在当前城市市政建设中，土建施工占据了极为关键的位置。笔者基于此对当前土建施工过程中常见的问题和不足加以阐述和分析，并提出相应的管理对策以加强土建施工过程管理。应从实际情况出发，与施工现场具体状况相结合，针对其中的弊端提出相应的质量管理强化措施，为施工进度的顺利进行提供充分保障。
