对于小学阶段来说,班主任一直承担着重要的任务,从全局的角度上进行分析可以看出,小学班主任不仅需要对学生的学习与发展进行正确的指导,同时也要采取有效的教学方法,帮助学生提高学习的成绩。因此,可以说,小学班主任的工作方法与管理工作对学生的学习与发展有着极为重要的意义。所以在实际中就要求班主任要具备一定的工作方法,提高管理的效果。基于此本文针对小学班主任工作方法技巧进行了简要阐述,并提出几点个人看法,仅供参考。
